Acro/Gymnastics provides excellent benefits for the body and mind of all ages.  Skills are designed to develop body control, balance, coordination and strength while building self-confidence and a sense of control.  Additionally, engaging in acro/gymnastics increases flexibility, improves bone health, helps prevents disease, encourages focus, and builds personal discipline.

Classes are offered in 10 week sessions for the following levels/progression goals:

    • Beginner– backward roll, handstand, cartwheel

    • Advanced Beginner– standing round off, run hurdle handstand flat back, handstand bridge kick over

    • Intermediate– run hurdle round off rebound, front handspring off panel mat, standing round off back handspring over barrel/boulder

    • Advanced– front handspring on floor, back handspring down the wedge, round off back handspring down the wedge
